As far back as I can remember I have dealt with constipation and the ensuing pain that accompanies it. This inner dialogue has been about RAW foods. For two years now, this going against the masses has risen many red flags and some rainbow! Our embedded attachments to cooked foods through celebration, culture and community, has put our health on the back burner. Cooking out the encoded knowledge Mother Earth is trying to send to our multidimensional beings is not only limiting but is down right primitive!
I've really done through it! " You can transmute it all." Or, " You need to eat meat to ground." Is what is commonly said throughout the metaphysical communities. Yet more and more people end up becoming reliant upon healers to do the work for them. The healers themselves become a vise for feeling better. No doubt healing comes from many different angles however, this needing another for healing also becomes an addiction. Food is not the only component for healing. We must take full responsibility for seeing and feeling everything to be victorious on our paths to freedom, yet live food is a very powerful way to cure and heal,very quickly our core belief structures.
If you do your reading and start to become a part of a Raw community, you will begin to see that although there is re-programming involved, which can be very challenging, these people are radiate, happy, healthy beings. Going against the masses is not the easiest path but many rewards are manifested through such an act. You are doing core healing work for Mother Earth, for you are an extension of her.

This comes along with eating Raw foods and is nice but I believe it is not the true reason for eating Raw. It is about LOVE. Sharing love to all beings through being your own imprint of the sun is what will align truth to this cosmic dissolution. Be your crystallized self encoding infinite potential and go with the flow of the waters.
