What is Colon Hydrotherapy? Cleansing
is becoming more common every year. However, do we know how to
“thoroughly” cleanse our systems? Presently the most practiced
cleansing is oral cleansing. Some use herbal combination's, some use
diets, etc.. As there are many different methods of cleansing orally,
most people are not familiar with Colon Cleansing. When the Colon is not
functioning properly (constipation, IBS,
etc) ,all body systems are affected. Therefore maintaining good Colon
health is important in maintaining a healthy body. It is of equal
importance to cleanse from ‘both ends’ :) Colon Hydrotherapy is the
introduction of warm (highly purified) water into the Large
Intestine/Colon, through
the rectum. The water hydrates the colon walls allowing built up toxins
and waste material that may be present in the Colon to eliminate. The

Authentic Korean Body Scrubbing

different therapists. It can be a husband and wife, girlfriend and

Two Massage Therapists working on one person at the same time. This is just another one of our delicious, decadent, extraordinary massages. The owner (me) was given one for my birthday and had to add this service to the list. It's one of the most delicious massages I've ever received.

The term "Swedish Massage" refers to a variety of techniques specifically designed to relax muscles. The main purpose of Swedish massage is to increase the oxygen flow in
the blood and release toxins from the muscles. Other possible benefits
include stimulation of circulation, an increase in muscle tone, and a
balance of the musculo-skeletal systems. Swedish massage shortens
recovery time from muscular strain by flushing the tissues of lactic
acid, uric acid, and other metabolic wastes. It increases circulation
without increasing heart load.

Therapeutic
massage therapy which aids in restoring balance and brings the body

Deep Tissue massage is designed to relieve tension in the muscle and the connective tissue or fascia.
This type of massage focuses on the muscles located below the surface
of the top muscles. Deep tissue massage is often recommended for
individuals who experience consistent pain or discomfort. It is also not
uncommon for receivers of Deep Tissue Massage to have their pain
replaced with a new muscle ache for a day or two. Deep tissue work
varies greatly. What one calls deep tissue another will call light. When
receiving deep tissue work it is important to communicate what you are
feeling and what pressure that is comfortable to you.

Thai massage is believed to
have been developed by Jivaka Kumar Bhaccha, physician to Buddha, more
than 2,500 years ago in India. Thai massage is more energizing and
rigorous than more classic forms of massage.
Thai massage is also called Thai yoga massage, because the therapist
uses his or her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series
of yoga-like stretches. Many people say Thai massage is like doing yoga
without any work.
Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure are also used
during treatment. People describe Thai massage as both relaxing and
energizing.

Calming and deep relaxation is promoted
through the heat and vibration the stones radiate. Involves the use of
heated stones that are applied to specific points of the body. Aids the
muscle tissues in relaxing and quickly melting away tension and

Shiatsu can relieve stress, low back pain,
digestive pain, and headaches. It can help with fertility and reproductive
issues. Shiatsu moves stagnant energy, removes
blockages and creates balance in the body's energy systems. By applying
firm pressure to energy points, the flow of chi or life force is
restored. Shiatsu practitioners facilitate this change. The body then
begins to heal itself. All major systems begin to improve: digestion,
respiration, circulation, elimination, immune system. The receiver of
shiatsu begins to feel more empowered and more responsible for small
changes. So over time, the body feels rejuvenated, calmer and more
energized.

beneficial for chronic problems that cause pain and discomfort. Can
